This is more of a reason why self improvement and personal growth should come in the forefront of our lives, not only for our mindset, but also for the sustainability and growth of our business.
This all starts with motivation, a desire to improve and grow AND the willingness to strive to make a change: a change for yourself, your business, and a change that could positively impact your teams and your community (audience) as a whole.
The types of personal growth could fall under one of those categories: Mental growth, social growth, spiritual growth, emotional growth or physical growth.
