How to Identify your Ideal Customer

When I first started my consultancy, I broadened my focus, because, in my mind, I thought “who doesn’t need marketing strategy, business and personal branding advice”? Right??

Well, I was wrong and soon enough, I realized that this created a lot of hurdles for me when approaching new clients, because (to them) my portfolio was all-over the place!

For some reason, I know I am not alone. Today, most entrepreneurs find it difficult to identify and determine their ideal customer. This seems like a hard task.

I know that narrowing down your customer base seems counterintuitive, but in reality, this increases your brand exposure, because everything else in your business set-up falls into place once you’ve identified your audience.

In this podcast episode, I share with you 3 steps to identify your ideal customer, and everything you need to keep in-mind when working on finishing this important element within your business, or as you build your personal brand.

To best support you on this mission, I also created a FREE RESOURCE that comes with this episode and that you can download right now. This FREE resource is an exercise sheet that will help you in the process of really narrowing down your target audience profile and build your customer avatar. Click on the link down below to download the exercise sheet.

Let me know in the comments below how do you best identify your audience profile?

If you know someone who can benefit from this information, and who is struggling to really nail down their audience type, feel free to share this podcast episode with them.

Thank you for listening. We’ll touch base again next week with a new topic and a new episode.
